Shipping + Repairs + Returns

SHIPPING:

Our goal is to ship your order within 24 hours of when you placed it. Your package will typically come via USPS or UPS, and you will receive an email with tracking info when the package goes out. 

Typically packages ship for roughly $5 but the price can vary based on the size of the order and weight of the package. If your order is a gift, please let us know! We would be happy to include a personalized note for you. 

Local pickup (free shipping!) is available, just select local pickup at checkout and our team will pack it promptly for you to easily grab.

 

REPAIRS:

We have a 365 day guarantee on all pieces of jewelry we sell! If an earring or bracelet breaks, please reach out to us at hello@worthy-co.com and we will gladly repair or replace it for you at no additional cost. If any of your jewelry every begins to tarnish (this is rare, but definitely possible!) please bring it back to us and we will replace it for free.

 

RETURNS:

We want you to be 110% satisfied with your purchase from The Worthy Co. If you have any questions or problems with your order or the item you receive, please email hello@worthy-co.com and we would love to exchange your first order with a different product or offer a refund. The return or exchange process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We will provide you with a return label to mail your item back to us!
