REPAIRS:

We have a 365 day guarantee on all pieces of jewelry we sell! If an earring or bracelet breaks, please reach out to us at hello@worthy-co.com and we will gladly repair or replace it for you at no additional cost. 

 

RETURNS:

We want you to be 110% satisfied with your purchase from The Worthy Co. If you have any questions or problems with your order or the item you receive, please email hello@worthy-co.com and we would love to exchange your first order with a different product or offer a refund. The return or exchange process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We will provide you with a return label to mail your item back to us!
